On Thursday, October 17, 2024, the concert series “Stadtklänge - Music and Science in Detmold” will begin with the trio “corde et ore” at 6 p.m. in the Lippisches Landesmuseum.
With Lara Venghaus as soprano, Matthias Krüger on the trombone and Michael Hoyer on the piano, the three of them will be bringing a diverse program to the stage. The evening's repertoire ranges from Georg Friedrich Händel, to Joseph Haydn, César Franck and Jean-Baptiste Faure, to compositions by Michael Hoyer, the trio's pianist.

Admission is free, donations are welcome.
The concert is part of a student concert series that was created as part of the current project seminar (led by Luise Adler) and includes seven concerts at different locations in Detmold. Further information about the project and the complete program can be found here.
